Cheltenham (office based)


A thriving manufacturing business, located in Cheltenham, is seeking a Receptionist to join them on a 12 month fixed-term contract, for maternity cover.

As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of call for customers, both over the phone, and face-to-face.

To be successful, the appointed Receptionist will need to be organised, self-motivated, and have a positive can-do attitude, along with excellent customer service skills.



  • Answering the phone
  • Preparing refreshments
  • Dealing with post both incoming and outgoing
  • Logging vehicle checks
  • Taking and logging enquiries
  • Logging jobs
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Making and scanning job files
  • General administrative duties

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi task
  • Microsoft office

*Office based role but free parking
