From overseeing company account preparations to handling accounts payable, cashbook maintenance, and ledger account management, your contributions will be at the heart of the team’s success.

- Handle daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy in processing receipts and payments
- Manage customer nominal code maintenance and reconciliations, adeptly handling adjustment journals
- Process customer PAYE and pension liabilities monthly, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Skilfully manage customer receipts through the workflow system, maintaining precision
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly management accounts and compile data for insightful reports
- Oversee the processing of invoices, credit notes, and supplier statement reconciliations, including payment runs
- Collaborate seamlessly with different teams to resolve queries and foster strong relationships
- Handle general administrative tasks, ensuring efficient email management, scanning, and phone inquiries
- Profound understanding of financial principles, with a keen grasp of journals, debits, and credits
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering effective teamwork
- Methodical problem-solving approach, showcasing ownership and accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Self-motivated and a dedicated team player
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage 200 (desirable, but not essential)
