Responsibilities:
- Daily cash management
- Effective credit control via phone and email, fortifying the company’s commitment to its partners
- Strengthen client relationships by proactively addressing billing discrepancies and promptly responding to inquiries
- Collaborate with management to resolve any accounts receivable challenges, ensuring seamless operations
- Take the lead in initiating collections on past-due accounts, safeguarding financial health
Skills/ Experience:
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to take ownership of specific accounts
- A team player with adaptability and flexibility to contribute to departmental goals
