In this pivotal role, the Commercial Finance Analyst will be responsible for shaping the financial aspects of strategic sales opportunities, providing vital insights for bids and tenders, and ensuring pricing strategies align with profitability goals.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to structure strategic deals, offering creative solutions within the deal model
- Provide essential financial input for bids and tenders, including rate card submissions
- Explain complex financial models to both internal teams and external customers, highlighting the impact on cash flow and profitability
- Develop customised commercial models to track profitability and cash flow, enabling flexibility in discounts, credits, rebates, and milestone billing
- Support renewals by delivering accurate and timely financial models to maximise customer retention
- Collaborate with the Legal team to create tailored rate cards and contracts for customers, facilitating service expansion
Skills/ Experience:
- A part-qualified or newly qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Outstanding organisational abilities, enabling you to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- A flexible and creative mindset, willing to take calculated risks
- High attention to detail and quick adaptability to changing situations
- The ability to manage conflicts constructively and work under pressure
- Willingness to travel to different sites and locations as needed
