Company Accounts (Sage Line 50):
- Daily bank account monitoring
- Efficiently process purchase invoices
- Oversee petty cash
- Generate financial reports
- Assist in credit control
- Manage VAT returns
- Coordinate annual accounts
- Contribute to special projects
- Monitor and produce cash flow forecasts
- Contribute to credit control efforts
- Prepare and manage VAT returns
- Maintain individual property and service charge accounts
- Handle tenant inquiries promptly
- AAT qualified or qualified by experience
- Experience in property management preparation
- Strong professional ethics
- Awareness of the commercial property market
- Exceptional prioritization and deadline management
