- Maintain accounting records using SAGE 50 Cloud
- Generate invoices for rent, service charges, insurance, and recharges
- Perform bank account reconciliations
- Compile and submit VAT Returns
- Manage the purchase ledger
- Execute quarterly transfers to SIPP providers
- Handle service charge responsibilities, including budgets, actuals, and trade instructions
- Monitor cash balances effectively
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers
- Offer support and assistance for property-related inquiries
- Manage meter readings and liaise with utility companies
- Instruct insurance companies regarding renewals and claims
- Provide cover for colleagues when necessary
- Tackle ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
