We are working with a Cheltenham based company, that works with customers across the Southwest, and beyond. They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Customer Service Administrator you will complete various tasks, supporting the wider customer service team, and maintaining excellent customer service levels.

  • Generate quotes
  • Answer calls, address inquiries, and direct to the relevant team member
  • Generate work orders and arrange associated documentation
  • Send clients duplicates of certificates or bills upon request
  • Occasional participation in customer service review meetings
  • Modify customer equipment location lists


Skills/ Experience:

  • Administrative skills
  • Exceptional skills in customer service
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Good use of Microsoft Office
