Part Time – HR Manager
A friendly, professional care provider in an accessible part of Gloucester is looking for an experienced, confident, professional HR Manager to join-them on a 6 month contract. This is a 3 day per week opportunity to start immediately.
The suitable candidate will ideally have adult social care/ community based support experience.
You will be based in Gloucester with occasional visits to other offices throughout the UK.
- Preparing and attending tribunals as witness
- Report writing on HR issues for senior management team, the report is then submitted at board level
- Responsible for two direct line reports
- Experience of managing others within a HR team
- Suitable qualification e.g. Preferably an Advanced level CIPD in Human Resources or equivalent
- Free parking
- Hours – Tuesday-Thursday – 3 full-days
