Basic salary up to £23,000 with first year earnings £35,000

This is a role like no other, working on your own specific market sector supporting some of the region’s leading employers by matching some of the brightest candidates to their dream roles.
- Identify and attract potential clients through a variety of business development activities
- Advise clients on the most appealing way to present their roles covering salaries, benefits and working hours
- Draw up attractive job adverts, being stand out and innovative
- Manage a talent bank of candidates that is up to date and covers the breadth of the roles that fall into the division
- Proactively seek talent where there are holes in the offering and share talent to specific clients as well wider audience
- Meet candidates and know and understand their key drivers
- Offer appropriate advice on career as well as practical support with CV writing, interview and presentation skills
- Maintain contact with candidates, following their careers and their success
