A leading and long-established Solicitors in the centre of Gloucester are looking for a RE-Mortgage Fee Earner to join them on a permanent-basis. The RE-Mortgage Fee Earner will have a proven record of dealing with re-mortgaging cases, including freehold, leasehold, new build and help to buy. The successful RE-Mortgage Fee Earner will have relevant experience, using multiple systems, collating and analysing data as well as exemplary administration skills.

As a RE-Mortgage Fee Earner your main responsibility will be to provide re-mortgage services to clients in relation to conveyancing matters, assisting the coordination of the team’s activities, and achievements of the business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Advise and liaise with clients and referral partners on re-mortgage matters
  • Ongoing case management and delivery
  • Client relationship management
  • Networking and business development for continuous workflows
  • Produce all fees to meet monthly and year end targets
  • Attend team meetings where appropriate
  • Keep files well organised and property updated
  • Use DPS for all emails, letters, reports and correspondence and ensure other team members use it correctly
  • Compliance with company standards and procedure
  • Maintain absolute discretion when dealing with confidential data

  • Pro-active with good interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure that deadlines and client expectations are met
  • A keen team member, with the ability to accept responsibility
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Accurate written communication skills with good attention to detail
  • Excellent IT and systems skills, a highly proficient and experienced user of all Microsoft Office programmes
