Sales and Marketing Administrator
£20,000 + benefits
Western Region – Cheltenham
Our client is looking for a candidate with good administration and sales support experience. Working in the Sales and Marketing Department, you will be responsible for providing updates and information on a range of regional projects for the sales team members. You will also be required to provide cover for the PA to the Director in their absence.
Based on the outskirts of beautiful Cheltenham Spa, you will be working in a busy and fun environment with some great team members.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department
• Process Sales Variation Orders.
• Raising POs for all sales / action goods using COINS accounts software
• Ensure customer payments are received and deadlines met
• Update various internal software systems
• Liaise with internal departments and external contractors
• Manage telephone enquiries
• Provide reception cover as required
• Other ad hoc duties
• Strong administration and sales support experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Self-motivated and very organised
• Good communicator – written and verbal
• Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• IT literate
• Calm under pressure
