Senior Accounts Assistant
FTC 14 Months Maternity Cover – Gloucester
Salary – £26,000 – £28,000 plus 28 days holiday, on-site parking and pension contribution
We are pleased to be working with an established telecommunications company who are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Assistant to join them for 14 months covering maternity leave.
You will ideally be AAT Level 3 qualified, however qualified through experience with be considered. Experience using Sage 50 is essential.
- Purchase and sales ledger
- Bank reconciliation
- Credit Control
- Spreadsheet maintenance
- Processing employee expense claims and credit card transactions
- Generating weekly supplier payment schedules
- Cash flow reporting
- Generating adhoc financial reports and analysis from Sage 50
- This is not extensive of all role responsibilities.
Key skills required:
- Ideally AAT Level 3
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy
- Strong organisational skills
The role is full-time, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm and 37.5 hours per week with half an hour for lunch
