We are working on behalf of a long-term client who is looking for a Supplier Administrator to join their head office in Gloucester on a full time, permanent basis. The successful Supplier Administrator will be reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and be responsible for creating vendor and customer accounts.
The duties for the Supplier Administrator are important to the department and therefore will require an ability to work accurately to strict deadlines, as well as offering excellent customer service to all business areas and clients.
- Create and amend customer accounts
- Provide outstanding service to clients and colleagues
- Support projects and generate reports
- Identify and deliver improvements
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Experience in an admin role
- Background of working in a team
- Language skills are desirable however not essential
