New Business Lead Generator

Leading technology business is looking for a Telemarketer who will engage with prospective customers to understand their challenges and business to open up sales opportunities by telephone and organise sales opportunities.

1.Engage with prospective customers via the telephone, ensuring that the company being called is not registered with CTPS and if already on the company CRM they have not opted out of being contacted
2.Ensure that allocated call patterns and revenue targets are achieved
3.Qualify leads and book appointments directly into Business Development Managers’ diaries
4.Liaise closely with BDMs to ensure that opportunities are maximised
5.Build a positive and consistent relationship with new customers and existing customers
6.Work with other members of the business to recognise and address new business opportunities for existing and new clients.
7.Maintain customer records on the CRM system
8.Ensure processes are delivering the intended outcome and in line with ISO requirements
9.Ensure best practice and procedures are followed to ensure professionalism is delivered at all times
10.Report any recommendations for improvement to the sales team, including change requirements and innovation you believe will improve the quality management system.
11.Undertake regular training to ensure knowledge of products and offerings is maintained in fast moving industry.
12.Keep abreast of industry and technology developments.

The successful Telemarketer is likely to have previous experience in telesales/telemarketing environment, used to working to targets, a keen interest in technology, excellent communications skills and commercially minded.
