It’s easy for recruitment agencies to assign you to a temp role and then forget about you but that’s not what we do at GB Solutions – we understand just how important and valuable our temps are.

You may not be able to get a permanent role in the sector you wish to work in if you have little to no experience. If you’ve worked as a Customer Service consultant for the past 4 years but now want to branch out to HR or Marketing, the likelihood of you getting a job is low. However, if you temp for a Marketing Agency, or as a HR Admin assistant, then you will gain significant experience which means you will be more likely to get a permanent role in your chosen sector.
