Our dedicated temp consultant Sophia, is only a phone call or email away. Sophia is here for you from your initial application, right through to when the temp assignment ends. It’s easy for recruitment agencies to assign you to a temp role and then forget about you but that’s not what we do at GB Solutions – we understand just how important and valuable our temps are.
Sophia and Tess are our dedicated Temp Support Officers
Sophia is our temp consultant, she will work tirelessly to find you a suitable temp role and get you set up with our client. Tess processes your pay and will send you over your temp pack. You can email either Sophia, or Tess, if you have any questions at all throughout your temp assignment.

You may not be able to get a permanent role in the sector you wish to work in if you have little to no experience. If you’ve worked as a Customer Service consultant for the past 4 years but now want to branch out to HR or maybe Marketing, the likelyhood of you getting a job is low. However, if you temp for a Marketing Agency, or as a HR Admin assistant, then you will gain significant experience which means you will be more likely to get a permanent role in your chosen sector.
